A hundred years from today nobody will remember me and all the stupid or great things I did. Think about that. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this in mind I ask myself:” Why am I not taking full advantage of living my best life everyday?” Thats why we are going volume 11 this Christmas ( as Keagen says). We will have a full house by the 15 December and are we going to celebrate! The house is already wearing its Christmas outfit and the street decorations are lying in the garage ready for deployment as soon as it is socially acceptable. I have outdone myself this year, to put it mildly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I will be decorating the plot just after Luna’s birthday party. Last Friday, 11 November, he has been with me one year. In this year he has shown nothing but calm acceptance for everything that has come his way. He has his little moments when he is bathed or the farrier is working on his feet but it is so slight he is forgiven even before it starts. Reading a memory that came up in his Facebook album I still can’t believe how thin he was. He has picked up 200 kg with us and we are struggling to add extra weight at the moment as everything we add as extra gives him a runny tummy. Adele, our nutritionist has sent him a new product from the Spurwing line and we hope this will increase his weight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next week we celebrate Luna and I have invited a few friends to join me in this momentous day. He turns 21 and although he won’t know why we are all there he is going to love the attention. I am quite excited. We are planning a picnic party and its gonna be epic. I haven’t been on his back yet, my saddle is nearly operational with a visit of the saddle fitter coming up this week. Then I just need to get him a comfortable girth and off we go, riding off into the sunset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The day after his birthday I am throwing a Christmas decor blanket over that plot. The Christmas stockings for the animals and staff will go up. At home the countdown to the kids arriving home is chartered on a big black board in the sunroom. I have a million gazillion saved recipes to try on all the unsuspecting stomaches that will be under my roof and I can’t wait to try them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This coming weekend I get to celebrate my friend Ali’s 60th birthday. I worked out that I have known Ali and Rob for near 30 years. Fuck I am getting old… Then on Sunday my friend Lee and I are launching our 50 Shades of Spay bespoke diary. Another reason to celebrate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am a partying, cleaning, baking, furniture moving machine at the moment .I just need to find my knees every now and then in the process. Getting older is not for sissies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Life is good. Enjoy everyday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
